Cancellation Notice

We ask that families provide as much notice as possible when canceling a booking. The specific cancellation terms and any applicable fees will be shared with you when your booking is confirmed.

General guideline: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session are more likely to result in a refund or credit. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to cancellation fees.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your session, contact ArtSit as soon as possible. We will work with you and your chosen ArtSitter to find a new date and time that works for everyone.

Rescheduling requests are typically accommodated without additional fees if made with sufficient notice.

Emergency Cancellations

We understand that emergencies happen. If you must cancel with very short notice due to an emergency, contact ArtSit immediately. We will do our best to support you and discuss any applicable policies.
